		<description>I think that&#039;s a complex issue. Of course since we&#039;re writing a weight loss blog, we should assume we&#039;re speaking to those who are training for aesthetic purposes. Performance has many facets, since a powerlifter, sprinter and distance runner will all eat and train differently. Regardless, the pursuit of health, aesthetics or performance fitness is largely entangled.</description>
