Quick Low-carb Breakfast for Weight Loss
This is a quick low carb meal that will keep you satisfied for half a day! This couldn’t possibly have been any easier and it was tasty… even Craig at Olson’s Car Care had a bite and liked it

Remember, although I’m not currently trying to lose weight, the meat bar and cheese are great weight loss foods. You would just need to work out your portions to meet your calorie requirements.
