		<description>Well done guys.  My dear sister has been on the HcG diet and lost many pounds but I believe it is because of the VLCD.  I can not imagine ANYONE promoting this type of diet for any reason.  (vlcd that is)I have done much research on HcG to try and help her, I have been unable to locate any factual or scientific data, the only words I can find on the subject are people&#039;s testimonials about how great it is and how many diets they have tried in the past that have not worked.  (Of course no one can prove that these people actually used these diets for a full, say 6 weeks and to the letter!)  Look people, if you are healthy, stick to the basics, complex carbs, proteins, and fats in that order, do your cardio with the heart rate @ 65% of max at least 3 times a week and undertake some form of weight resistance (like Yoga or Pilates!)  You can&#039;t NOT lose weight and become healthier with this TIME tested and well proven format.  It is simple energy thermodynamics!</description>
